Pia Zeni, instructional designer with the Centre for Extended Learning at the University of Waterloo, discusses CEL’s User Experience Design for Learning framework, also known as the Honeycomb, which she along with Matt Justice created to help course developers and authors think about how course design affects the learner's educational experience.
